The purpose of this proposal is to help establish a healthy foundation and continuity strategy for the SECMA Corporate Identity.

This proposal contains works related to the SECMA Corporate Identity, The SECMA Websites, The SECMA Infrastructure and The SECMA Support & Service options.


Support opening hours

Monday – Friday 08:00 – 20:00

Saturdays 10:00 – 14:00

Sundays Closed

Support prioritisation

All support requests are allocated a support agent immediately as per the above opening hours.  All requests are normally handled within 24 hours depending on priority and complexity. For Level 1 support package holders, support is prioritized and in most cases handled within 1 hour.

How to contact our support

All support requests must be sent to us via with a clear description of the issue. Please remember to indicate client name and URL to the site in question.

Immediate support

Level 1 support packages include immediate phone support. You may contact us  for immediate resolution on the number given to you if you are a level 1 support package holder.
