Quotes in this project proposal are tailored and specific for Netcar based on previous collaboration with Sebastian. As such this offer may not be discussed or shared with any 3rd party.
Quotes on maintenance subject to selection at time of project start.
Payment terms 50% net payment on production start and 50% net payment upon delivery.
Expected production time 14 working days + 3 days for testing and bugfixing.
All quotes exclusive of any applicable VAT.
1. Website in WordPress
Covers the establishment of a modern and functional WordPress website as per client description (PHASE 1 only) and based on WP theme relevant to client wireframe examples.
It shall be possible to browse inventory with several filtering options and effectively enter into a contract on the selected vehicle.
2. Phase 1
It must be noted, that this offer is exclusive to the agreed Phase 1 description only. This offer, therefore, does not include anything not described in Phase 1. E.g data scraping, Payment portal, Partner and customer login etc. Further, it is noted that electronic contract partner must be validated and decided by client and that integration depends on the provider having a ready API for WordPress. The client is solely responsible for setting up any contract signing software and its settings. Invert will integrate the service to the website as per its setup by the client.
Finally, it is noted, that while Invert will provide advice and support on both technical as well as strategic levels, all images, texts and other information needed is to be provided by the client e.g handelsbetingelser, om os, konceptbeskrivelse etc.
3. Service & Maintenance
Our Service and maintenance contracts are optional and include running maintenance, optimisation and security updates. Important elements for optimal operation of the website.
